Shipping policy
Delivery
We typically use Fedex or UPS to deliver your orders, you can expect your package between 3 and 10 business days from when you placed your order on our website.

For orders of products and accessories below $200 delivery is charged at a flat rate of $19.95 for Domestic shipments. Shipping costs include home delivery charge, packaging and administration fees.
Most orders received Monday to Friday before 2.00pm will be dispatched for delivery within 2 to 3 business days. Most orders will arrive in 3 to 5 business days.
If any item you order is not in stock, or a delay is expected, you will be contacted with an estimated delivery date.
Monitoring
Connect to the courier’s website and enter the tracking number that you will receive via email confirming the shipment: you can track every stage of the shipment.
Shipping Address
You will be asked for the information necessary to complete the shipment. Your information will be handled in full compliance with all applicable privacy laws.
You will have the option to ship your purchases to an address different from your home address: this option can be particularly useful if you prefer to receive the shipment at your office or to send private or corporate gifts.
If the billing and shipping addresses are the same, you will not be asked to enter the same information twice.
If possible, include a telephone number (preferably a cell phone) at which you can be reached if necessary.
Shipment
Regardless of the shipment method chosen, the products you have purchased will be packed with great care directly by our staff to ensure they arrive at their destination undamaged.
Damages and Tampering
If the package has been damaged or shows signs of tampering, please refuse the delivery. If you discover that the contents are damaged, you must report it to our customer service department within 5 days following the date of delivery.
