How to order
The product groups are listed on top of the Home page. Choose to click on Products for your HOME or Products for BUSINESS, these are the product categories sold on this website. Once you decide on a category you will be redirected to a page with a collection of products. Click on the item you are interested in to see the product overview, including photo(s), name, price, and a brief description. From this screen, you can add any product you are interested in directly to your cart by clicking “Add to cart”: the product will be placed in your shopping cart.
This does not mean that you are committed to a purchase: if you do not complete the process, the purchase will not take place.
The Shopping Cart
Your shopping cart contains the products you have decided to purchase.
If you have not inserted products into the shopping cart, your cart will remain empty.
If you have added products and you want to continue with your purchase, you can still remove products from your cart by reducing the quantity to zero and clicking “UPDATE” or you can modify the number of products you wish to purchase by changing the number in the field “Quantity” and the pressing on the “UPDATE” button.
If you would like to add other products to your shopping cart, click on “Continue shopping” and select other products.
To proceed with your purchase, click on the “Check out” button on the bottom of the cart page. Taxes and shipping calculated at check out.
Check Out Page
To complete your purchase, enter your contact information. Follow the instructions on the page regarding filling out the required fields such as your delivery address, payment information, and discount code, if you have one.
Once you have entered your delivery address, choose your shipping method.
If your information is correct, you can continue by clicking on the “Pay Now” button on the bottom of the page.
Your purchase is completed.
Order Status
After completing your order, you will receive a confirmation email and, once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with the link to the shipment tracking page.

The SSL security (Secure Sockets Layer), the standard protocol for money transactions on the Internet around the world, guarantees the security of all payment procedures and prevents anyone from acquiring your confidential data.
When entering your data, the safety procedure is activated automatically, making it impossible to access them.
By completing this procedure on the site, you authorize Polti to charge the total amount of the order, including shipping costs and taxes, to your credit card.
